Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During launches, sale periods, or service transitions processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email when your order ships.

Standard delivery (Domestic)

Express

Express shipping is available at an additional cost (carrier-calculated or flat fee depending on destination).

Tracking

All dispatched orders include a tracking number. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to monitor delivery.

Delays

While we partner with reliable carriers, occasional delays due to customs or carrier issues may occur. If your tracking shows a problem, contact support@aurariwaa.com.au and we’ll investigate promptly.

Address changes

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change an address after placing an order, contact support immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed or shipped.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and include photos (for damaged goods). We will work with the carrier to replace or refund the order as appropriate.
